Achieving Supply chain sustainability in logistics and transportation

1. Please write a systematic literature review with citations by reviewing at least 30 recent academic literature published within the last 10 years.
2. Please use published academic literature searchable on Web of Science, published within the last 10 years. Only academic literature is to be used with citations.
3. Please focus on how data sharing, emerging technologies, and people help reduce carbon emissions and achieve a sustainable supply chain.
4. Please capture the methods used and data sources.
5. Please identify gaps in the literature review around how the supply chain can be made sustainable using decarbonization, people, process improvements, data sharing and application of emerging technologies.
