In Dmochowski et al. (2017), “Ethics in Public Administration,” ethics is regarded as a vital component which ensures complete embracement of democracy in any country. Efficient operation in a democratic country lies in how often particular ethical issues are addressed by the democratic government ((Dmochowski et al., 2017).
