Provide recommendations to improve the practice of college readiness

The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations to improve the practice of college readiness preparation at James Monroe High School in West Virginia.

The problem is that 28% of the low-income students were not graduating as college ready at James Monroe High School in West Virginia.
